We were outraged at the “Alliance” statement issued in your name and the name of the opposition Foreign Affairs critic Monte Solberg on Oct. 9, 2000, criticizing the Canadian Government for voting with UN Security Council Resolution 1322. 1976 PLO Meeting in Vancouver

Here is an archival look at what Palestinian activists were doing in Vancouver in 1976. A Palestine Liberation Organization PLO delegation was attending the UN Habitat Conference, after several attempts to block their participation.
